Crestridge Capital was originally founded to be a provider of programmatic LP/GP equity to a select group of multi-family developers in the Greater Seattle area. Addressing the changing needs of the marketplace, we have expanded our capabilities to include lending programs which have enabled us to provide capital solutions to a broader range of opportunities throughout the capital stack in the Pacific Northwest region and beyond. While each deal is evaluated on a case by case basis, our primary focus is on lower middle market opportunities, which are generally overlooked by institutions and outside of the normal range of individual investors.

Leadership

Nolan Toy

Managing Director

Nolan Toy serves as the Managing Director of Crestridge Capital. Mr. Toy has over 11 years of experience spanning both the real estate and investment management industries. Prior to establishing Crestridge Capital in 2019, Mr. Toy was a Managing Partner at Evergreen Ventures. In the investment management industry, Mr. Toy was an algorithmic trader at a proprietary trading firm and held various positions at PIMCO. Mr. Toy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science from the University of California San Diego.
